Erasing Unemployment Through
Community Development: Toward
Participatory Governance

Abstract
Unemployment is a growing social problems rife in some areas in the archipelago. Many reasons that lead a person becomes unemployed. One crucial factor is the lack of skills possessed. In addition, the reason for the lack of number of jobs is also capable of being a major factor why a lot of growing unemployment numbers. The Government shall be responsible
for
the
elimination of
unemployment is the result of a limited number of jobs. Community development can be tested as an alternative solution is given. Able to aspire to the role of society in the interests owned by the government. This pattern is known as Button-up models. A network of aspiration by the society to the government in requesting the addition of the number of jobs in order to remove the existing unemployment. Through the role of the pillars of good governance can also facilitate the establishment of programs and plans in overcome existing problems related to the elimination of unemployment. There are times when government and other stakeholders can have the vision and mission in accordance with what is needed by society, especially in answering the problem of unemployment.
